Once an idea form has been accepted a member of the Board will be appointed as liaison to help you through the proposal process, including budget development, identifying University resources and other partners that can support the project.  If the project is approved, this liaison will continue to work with you as the project progresses.  The liaison is also responsible for reporting project activities to the Board of Directors so it is important to keep the liaison informed of progress, successes and challenges.  When the project is completed, a final project report is required.  This information also goes into the Partnership evaluation data base.  The Board may also ask that project representatives make an oral report to the board or present information about the project at the Partnership annual celebration.  If appropriate, field trips to project sites may be conducted.
