Working Committees

The areas NMSDP will focus on for project development and funding are:

• Alternative and Distributed Energy - Promote and support local, renewable and distributed energy initiatives as well as energy efficiency and conservation.
  
  
• Community and Regional Food Systems - Strengthen and promote regional food and local production.
  
  
• Sustainable Recreation and Tourism - Facilitate sustainable tourism and recreation.
  
  
• Sustainable Community Forms and Infrastructure - Encourage and support the development and maintenance of sustainable community forms and infrastructure.
  
  
• Natural Resources - Promote and facilitate sustainable forestry.
